Rose Fizz:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz rose syrup (or homemade rose water)
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- Club soda
- Ice
- Rose petals for garnish
Method: In a shaker, combine gin, rose syrup, lemon juice, Add ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and stir gently. Garnish with rose petals.
