Welcome to our shop!
Hello, Beautiful People! I’m Angelina, and this little family-run “shop” in Seattle, Washington, is my very happy place. By day, I pour my all into supporting a talented group of prolific professionals—by night, I pour my melted soul into candle molds. Working from home had already turned me into a home-body fussbudget hunting for new things to do, then an unexpected, life-changing headache left me with nerve damage resulting in one permanently goofy eye followed by two years of pain. At the tail end of that life-dazing stretch, my niece gifted me a candle-making kit and something wild sparked. I registered a domain, had a logo designed, and dove into blending oils, lotions, and scents like it was my lifeline—because it was exactly that.
That spark provoked a frenzy of activity—trying new things, learning as I went, lots of research, failures, note-taking, chasing the right wicks, the best ingredients, the perfect tools. It all takes time and quite a bit of money, but for the past year and a half, I’ve poured every spare moment into honing my craft, focusing on making the most wonderful things, and getting better with every batch. These days, I’m crafting candles with organic waxes and premium oils, skincare that’s pure comfort, and finding treasures like khussa shoes I snagged in Pakistan (limited stock—send me a note if you want more, I’ve got a connection now).
The Angelina Store is my way of crafting joy from pain. Whether it’s a candle I’ve poured or a cozy find I couldn’t resist, it’s all here to warm up your world.
From my hands, it’s candles that glow with love, skincare that’s a quiet treat, and oddball joys I’ve tinkered with. Then there’s the extras—soft slipper socks, fair trade bits, those khussa—all picked for a hygge kick.
This isn’t just a “shop”—it’s my playground. I run it all part-time—updating products, tweaking CSS, wrestling plugins, fixing shipping—with a little AI magic to keep the site’s backend sane. It’s a hustle I hope to grow into my retirement gig a few years down the line. Unwrap something I’ve made or found, and tell me what you think—it’s your nudge that keeps me going.
Thanks for taking the time out of your amazing life to stop by The Angelina Store and peek at this little love note. Let’s whip up some everyday magic, one cozy moment at a time.
